Research on the Optimization Strategy of Financial Investment in Adult Higher Education from the Comparative Perspective of Tianjin City and Qinghai Province

Abstract

Lifelong learning has become a national strategy, and the importance of adult higher education has become increasingly prominent. However, there are differences in the impact of economic development levels on education investment in different regions. This is particularly evident in the financial investment in adult higher education in Tianjin and Qinghai provinces. This study compared and analyzed the development of adult higher education in two regions through data analysis and case studies, explored the complex relationship between economic growth and education investment, and proposed optimization strategies. The research results indicate that reasonable financial investment is crucial for promoting the sustainable development of adult higher education. Based on this, this article suggests that policymakers should consider the level of regional economic growth and develop differentiated fiscal investment strategies to achieve educational modernization and build a lifelong learning system.
