AI is used in this system to evaluate the resulting symptoms and to recommend whether a visit to a doctor is needed or whether one can take care of themselves. It simplifies the appointments process, breaking down the severity of symptoms, offering personalized health recommendations, and routing patients to the appropriate specialists. It provides immediate answers to patient inquiries, assists with efficient scheduling, and streamlines appointment management. It removes administrative burdens, improves healthcare access, and improves patient experience through personalized, timely help.
