A Toolset for Constraint Programming

Abstract

Constraint Programming (CP) allows solving combinatorial problems across various domains. Numerous solvers and tools have been developed in this area. However, their interoperability is often limited. This paper presents a suite of tools for constraint programming, consisting of a solver interface and a remote control application. The solver interface offers a unified API for interacting with different solvers of various programming languages. Based on this API, we present a remote control system enabling to configure the solver and to observe and analyze its behaviour while it is running.
