Abstract: The paper discusses an approach for facilitating the authoring process for Technology Enhanced Learning by providing service oriented access to learning materials based on their content. This service-oriented approach is based on Semantic Web Service technologies. It reflects current work in the frame of an ongoing Bulgarian research project SINUS “Semantic Technologies for Web Services and Technology Enhanced Learning”.
