The problem of applying international trade law to the cross-border commerce of digital goods can-not be successfully resolved because of the disparities in legal systems across nations and the shortcomings of the system's conflict adjustment mechanism. The problem of applying international trade law to the cross-border commerce of digital goods cannot be successfully resolved because of the disparities in legal systems across nations and the shortcomings of the system's conflict adjustment mechanism.
