Abstract
Regarding the attribution of copyright in AI-generated products, the first thing to consider is whether there is an agreement between the parties, and according to the principle of autonomy of meaning, if there is an agreement between the parties, the content of the agreement should be respected. However, in practice, most of the disputes arising from the parties do not exist in the case of agreement, if you want to determine the ultimate ownership of the copyright in this case, the interests of all parties should be taken into account, this paper believes that the artificial intelligence generated by the copyright belongs to the user is the most appropriate.
