Abstract
Artificial Intelligence is a technology that mimics human thinking, using powerful algorithms and data to help humans solve problems. In the last few years, AI technology has been evolving at a faster and faster pace. From the early days of simple activities such as waving a hand to today's conversations, these changes signal that AI has reached a higher level. While these massive advances have brought a lot of convenience and benefits to human life, a series of legal issues brought about by AI technology are slowly coming to the fore. Questions like the more concerned about the product of generative artificial intelligence can be protected by law? These questions are still undecided and worth thinking about. This paper focuses on the subject qualification of generative artificial intelligence. I will discuss the feasibility of subject qualification of generative AI from three aspects to affirm the subject status of AI.
