Abstract
Smart Flight Booking & Management System is a complete database management system with the purpose of enabling airline flight reservations, customer management, and other airline functions. The system is able to arrange and man- age structured flight information, passengers, transactions, and frequent flyers, and the system enables smooth reservation operations. Admin, Customer, Flight Details, Frequent Flyer Program, Jet Details, Passenger Information, Payment Processing, and Ticketing are the major modules. The system is designed to optimize flight scheduling, data consistency, and maximize the customer experience. The system uses a relational database model with SQL that ensures data integrity and minimizes redundancy. This paper presents the design, development, and implementation of an efficient and scalable airline reservation system.
