Abstract
This research focuses on addressing the parking challenges faced by urban areas, where limited parking availability often leads to congestion and driver frustration. The proposed solution is a centralized parking system developed through a Flutter-based mobile application. Key features of the system include real-time parking availability updates, a dynamic map interface for easy navigation, and secure payment integration. By leveraging IoT devices and analyzing traffic patterns, the system improves parking efficiency and reduces time spent searching for spots. Targeting urban centers, tourist destinations, and smart city projects, the platform aims to reduce congestion, enhance mobility, and support broader urban infrastructure initiatives.
