Abstract

This study aims to look at the practicality of the Inquiry-Based Citizenship Education Learning Model in improving students’ social care attitudes in tertiary institutions. The process of developing this model refers to the ADDIE development model. Based on the discussion of the research results, it can be concluded that the practicality of the Inquiry-Based Citizenship Education Learning Model and its supporting products has been achieved with an average learning implementation in the sample class of 3.58 with the criteria of all aspects in the learning model implemented. It means that all aspects observed are in the All Implemented criteria.
