Abstract

Economy plays an important role in the research and development of commercial aircraft. Under the premise of ensuring aircraft performance and safety, manufacturers continue to pursue cost reduction. With the goal of reducing the maintenance cost of commercial aircraft and the aircraft preventive maintenance process as the main object, this research applies the system dynamics principle to analyze the dynamic characteristics of aircraft maintenance costs, analyze the laws of the occurrence and development of aircraft maintenance costs, establish a general model and conduct simulation analysis, so as to provide a way for the prediction, analysis and control of commercial aircraft maintenance costs, and also to control the full life cycle cost of commercial aircraft Provide effective means to meet the economic objectives of commercial aircraft.
