Abstract

This paper discusses an algorithm that can automatically evaluate the intersection hole feature. It takes input data probe, data reference, data measurement, and ISO 2768 tolerance database to run algorithms on software which is programmed by the python language. The test model that has the counterbore and countersink features is tested on an algorithm whose results will then be presented in the form of a standard QC sheet. The results of OMM measurements will be compared with manual standard measurements to determine the performance of the algorithm.
