Abstract

Learning and memory is the most complex neural activity process in humans and animals, which reflects the brain’s ability to gain knowledge. Many studies have confirmed that, besides its function of delaying aging and promoting growth, exercise also has an extremely important effect on the learning and memory functions of the brain. Recent studies have shown that the effect of exercise on learning and memory varies according to its intensity, timing and age of the exercising population. This paper combines our own research work to analyze and summarize the multiple factors that influence exercise on learning and memory.
