Abstract

The National Innovation Program plays a leading role in cultivating students’ comprehensive ability. In this paper, based on blended teaching method and application-oriented university personnel training mode, the model of penetrated cultivation of talents is constructed and practiced among 3 years. BP neural network model is adopted to evaluate the satisfaction of companies employing graduates joined in this proram. Results indicate the proposed model is flexible to be generalized.
