Abstract

Comprehensively considering the Donabedian model and the concept of core competitiveness, this study uses the index screening model, literature research method, and Delphi method to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system for private hospitals that is consistent with the current stage of development in China. Calculate the index weight and determine the evaluation criteria. The index system includes 4 first-level indexes, 9 second-level indexes, and 25 third-level indexes, including not only the medical quality evaluation of private hospitals themselves as medical institutions, but also the core competitiveness evaluation of private hospitals with the basic characteristics of enterprises. In the hope of promoting the sustainable and high-quality development of private hospitals.
