Application of Project Management Tools in the Enterprise

Abstract

To ensure the successful implementation of the project and the orderly progress of the project progress for more economic benefits, companies need to invest in resources, time, and other costs and join the scientific and technical guidance of the project progress management system theory. This paper focuses on the basic knowledge and related project management theories, with the critical path method, PERT and Time-cost trade as the tools. It systematically discusses how to forecast and control the project duration through project schedule management methods and supports achieving refined project management. Also, the tools in this thesis apply to the project management practices of enterprises in various fields.
