Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of environmental satisfaction and uncertainty on commitment and its indirect effects through trust mediator variables. The research sample is franchisee, especially in the field of food and beverages. Data analysis using SPSS and Sobel Test. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of Franchisee Satisfaction on Franchisee Trust, positive and significant influence between Environmental Uncertainty on Franchisee Trust, positive influence of Franchisee Trust on Commitment, further Franchisee Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on Commitment with Franchisee’s Trust as a mediating variable, and Environmental Uncertainty has a positive and significant effect on Commitment with Franchisee’s Trust as a mediating variable.
