Abstract

The solution of the housing problem for citizens is one of the main ones, and housing is one of the basic needs of a person. This paper considers the main provisions of the management of social and economic security in the field of housing construction. Social and economic security has a multifaceted nature, since its analysis includes both housing construction and social indicators. Moreover, the management of social and economic security involves the participation of the state, application of the whole range of measures aimed at both the development in the field of the housing construction and related areas, and the social sphere in terms of increasing the level of housing affordability for the population. The management of this field is especially relevant in the context of economic shocks that arise both in the country and in the whole world.
