Abstract

An active field of study, in the domain of text recognition in images, is trying to develop a computer application with the capacity to read the content automatically from images. There is currently a massive demand for the storage of available data on paper records for later use in a machine readable form. Due to font style, image quality issues, computer is unable to recognize text. There have been different machine learning and deep learning techniques suggested for text recognition. Current research papers illustrate how different functions boost efficiency and performance in the pattern recognition file. This paper explores and presents the various techniques and to encourage researchers in the field. This paper evaluates and analyzes various techniques for recognizing text from various sources
