Abstract

We propose a regional electronic coupon management system. This system is for events where many local shopping streets in Japan offer special menus and rediscover the local shopping streets and their appeal. It has a web application for customers that incorporates a mechanism that allows customers and store clerks to interact with each other, and a function for event organizers that can visualize the success of the event every hour. The proposal system was used in actual events and was well received.
