Abstract

This study aims to study and analyze work stress, workload, and job satisfaction on the performance of civil servants in the North Aceh Regency Inspectorate. The sample of this study was 55 respondents. Data in this study were collected by questionnaire research to 55 respondents using the Census Sampling method. The analytical model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of partial research show that work stress, work load, and job satisfaction are significant on employee performance. Simultaneously, work stress, workload, and job satisfaction increase civil servants in the North Aceh Regency Inspectorate. To improve performance, North Aceh District Inspectorate staff not only ask for increased job satisfaction, but also need to consider workloads and also reduce employee frustration as indicators of work stress and hopefully there is no pressure from superiors on subordinates at work
