activities by following the learning process 
standards from the learning planning stage, 
implementation, evaluation / evaluation to follow-
up after learning in order to realize a high quality 
of learning. Teachers have a high level of maturity 
and ability are more likely to have high 
performance. Conversely, teachers who have a 
low level of maturity and ability are more likely 
to have low performance. This will contribute to 
the achievement of teacher performance.
