Suggestions for further research are as follows. 
Based on the findings obtained in this study, there 
are several things that must be improved for the next 
researcher. The first, the next research needs to 
investigate businesses other than gift shops. The 
next
  research needs to do research on restaurants, 
department stores, or hypermarkets. The second, the 
next study should consider the limits of the last 
visit, so that consumers still remember the state of 
the souvenir shop or store visited.
