Abstract

This article describes the effect of individual gender-based brain color on interpersonal communication and empowerment. In the last few years more popular brain color is used as a measure of personality test for employee profile that includes attitude, creativity, leadership, solve the problem, relationships, how to communicate based on gender and personal responsibilities. Brain color is also influential patterns of individual communication and cultivate the potential of individuals to career or work in the future. Behaviors that are influenced by different colors of the brain affect the pattern of communication in view of change or innovation and creativity. (Arthur F. Carmazzi, 2009). The scope of the study was conducted during July 2016 and July 2017 of 110 level managerial employees at FIFGROUP a consumer finance company of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). The methodology used in this study is quantitative, uses surveys and observations in class training. The impact of this study has practical implications of the leader's communication behavior towards individual, empowerment and career developments, while the social implications of awareness that improvement of innovation behavior and more creative leaders who become role models. The impact on science is to know the correlation between brain color on gender, creativity and communication behavior towards empowerment within the organization
