Abstract
Under the new period, the ideological and political education management of college students has offered important guidance for their future employment. In that case, it is imperative to intensify the studies on this issue. Since colleges and universities are relatively special fields in the society, the problem of college students’ ideological and political education becomes even more complicated. In order to conduct research related more effectively, the work probed into the current situation of ideological and political education management of college students under the new period and proposed the idea that education must conform to realities to boost the ideological and political education of college students.
