Abstract: Fraud in business context has alerted several parties to develop channels to overcome the problem, one of which is through the whistleblowing system. This study is aimed at analyzing the whistleblowing system in Indonesia and the best practices of the system in several Indonesian companies. The analysis showed that the WBS implementation has been strengthen by several regulations; however, the practices should be backed up by some steps to increase the effectiveness.
