Abstract: This research aims to examine the influences of accounting information system and executive compensation System on profits achievement. The analysis showed that the accounting information system significantly positive influence on profits achievement. Meanwhile, executive compensation system variable does not significantly influence on profits achievement. Accounting information system and executive compensation system have a positive influence on profits achievement simultantly.
