Abstract:
Based on WHO statistic, maternal and child health becomes global issue. Maternal and child mortality rates in developing countries (such as Indonesia) are still high due to many factors, namely the lack of information on maternal and the child health that can be accessed easily, and location of residence is away from health service centre. Based on the guidelines of Ministry of Health of Republic of Indonesia, Maternal and Child Health Services (MCHS/PKIA) has 13 indicators of achievement. Considering the number of visits and health information during pregnancy up to after delivery and the purpose to improve patient access to quality MCHS, this research discusses how to design the enterprise architecture for patient centred of child and maternity mobile services, in which data system can be used over the internet or telecommunication networks through their mobile devices without any platform restrictions. The objective of this research will be achieved by designing 4 components from
TOGAF framework against MCHS: architecture vision, business architecture, information system architecture, and technology architecture. The resulting enterprise architecture then becomes reference for the development of mobile information system based on Service-Oriented Architecture, so that then web services can be used on mobile devices for multiple platforms.
