Abstract: Superior Foville’s Syndrome is a rare clinical feature of stroke or cerebral hemorrhage. Several cases have been reported worldwide, especially in Africa. We reported the case of a 62-year-old patient with a medical history of diabetes mellitus. He was treated in August 2017 presenting with weakness in the right limb, face skewed to the left and difficulty looking to the left side. Physical examination found Foville’s Syndrome and GDP of 143 mg.A CT scan showed bleeding in the left brain. Foville’s syndrome is rare in stroke. Stroke rehabilitation aims to improve functional status by minimizing lifestyle and increasing self-esteem.
