Abstract: Entreprenurial Orientation (EO) consists of autonomy, innovation, risk-taking, as well as proactive and competitive aggressivenes. This study aims to identify the entrepreneurial orientation (EO) of womenpreneurs and to determine the most dominant dimension for improving the womenpreneurs’ EO in West Java. Using descriptive method, the research involved 200 womenpreneurs in fashion industry. The participants were recruited using proportional random sampling technique. The results indicate that the EO of womenpreneurs in fashion industry in West Java is in the high category, where innovation dimension ranked first in their EO line.
