Abstract: This study examines the role gaps of teachers and lecturers as educators who implement innovation based on the achievement target of educational objectives. Based on the result of research, it is found that factors, leadership, work environment and compensation have positive and significant effect on teacher and lecturer’s engagement so that the quality of education will run well, student achievement can be achieved starting from the improvement of teachers and lecturer’s engagement.
