However, our previous study conducted on hybrid courses, where part of the students was present in a classroom and part are participating online, revealed some issues related to teaching methods and technical difficulties. In this study, we researched how teachers of a commercial ICT-training organisation feel teaching on hybrid courses. Results revealed that teacher doesn’t feel comfortable when teaching in hybrid courses. This is mainly because it was difficult for teachers to pay attention equally to the classroom and online participants. Also, technical difficulties occurring during the course are disturbing the teaching. (More)
