Abstract:
Nowadays, the handwriting workbook has been a valuable tool that is disappearing into a computer keyboard typing. Since the establishment of Sino-Gabonese diplomatic relations in 1974, using the book filling procedure of visa application, the Gabonese republic embassy to china has accumulated a very large amount of paperwork data and using this data efficiently becomes a major problem to solve. A computerized data management application that manages new visa applications and record existing paper archives into electronic data for effective knowledge of visa demands and analysis was proposed. In this paper, the Applied Visa Information System is develop, a system that consist in data storage and data view modules. Development process and implementation of the AVIS and the methods for goals procedures to operate the system are detailed. The system works with a database that contains all applicants’ information and resulting visa decisions such as accepted or denied.
