Abstract: This study Aimed to analyse the influence of variables the Generic Strategy, Environmental Operation, Strategy Competitive advantage, to empowerment resource and sustainability SMEs. This study provides both theoretical and managerial implications regarding the steps to be taken by SMEs on business sustainability through the competitive advantage derived from the generic business environment assurance strategy strategic resource. The sample for this study amounted to 265 SMEs by using a cluster system 787 SMEs in the field of processing industry to the province of Banten. The technique of collecting the data using a structured interview using a questionnaire and observation. To test the model of relationships that have been established, Researchers used an analysis tool capable explaining structural simultaneously (AMOS) version 23.00. The results showed that no significant competitive advantage in a positive impact on the implementation of a generic strategy and business environmen t and strategic certainty generic but a very positive effect on business continuity management. So with this study was to provide input to the business sustainability of SMEs to survive in the global competition with large industrial. (More)
