Abstract: The aims of this research is to investigate the importance of educational character for college students in order to hone their personal skills to prepare for the future and to analyze the model of educational character in implementing its. The research method used is the literature review. The results showed that the students as the next generation of the nation need to prepare themselves both potentially and personality. Moreover, educational character for college can be done through: a) based educational character, b) seminars, discussions and workshops, c) training, d) cooperating of SMEs, e) encouraging educational character, f) organizing the religion culture, and g) providing consultation and information.
