Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the strategic position of higher education to be better than other universities offering the same servgcbme to increase market share. The method used in this research is descriptive survey and document analysis related to university strategic plan z. The results of this study reveal that “Z” University is in an aggressive position. Therefore, market penetration, product development, backward integration, forward integration, horizontal integration, diversification, or a combination strategy can all be selected, depending on the specific situation faced by “Z” University.
