Abstract: Nowadays, many scholars and mangers focus on dynamic capability, which is defined as “the firm’s ability to integrate, build, and reconfigure internal and external competences to address rapidly changing environments”. Although there are many research results, they pay little close attention to publishing enterprises. Considering of the particularity of the publishing enterprises, in this paper, we discuss its identification and construction from the perspective of business ecosystem.
