Abstract: One effort to overcome the various ethnic conflicts that occurred in Lampung is to build national integrity of learners through learning by adopting the value of local wisdom Pi'il Pesenggiri. The purpose of this study is to get an idea of how the condition of Lampung society, so it is necessary to build national integrity of learners through local wisdom Pi'il Pesenggiri inserted into the social studies IPS in school. This research is a qualitative research with constructivist paradigm using phenomenology method. The result is through the internalization of the values Pi'il Pesenggiri in learning IPS students are expected to accept openly pluralism.
