Abstract:
This paper highlights a sustainability and self-organization perspective of the innovation ecosystems in housing and communal services. The theoretical basis of the research are the concepts of sustainable development, open innovation, circular economy, and the theory of complex systems sustainability. The article formulates the basic principles of innovative technologies implementation in the water supply sector of housing and communal services. A conceptual model of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the development of an innovative ecosystem in the water supply sector in the East Kazakhstan region has been developed. Theoretical and methodological provisions, conclusions, applied recommendations can be used in the process of diagnostics and monitoring of innovative development of water supply systems on the regions level, in the development of national strategies for economic and innovative policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
