Foreword: It is our great pleasure to introduce the Proceeding s of the 1st International Con-ference on Computing and Emerging Sciences (ICCES20), held during 24th -26th De-cember, 2020, at Al-Huda University College (HUC), Anbar, Iraq. This conference drew together researchers and developers from both academia and industry - especial-ly in the domains of computing, networking and communications engineering. HUC is an Iraqi accredited private educational institution. HUC has launched multiple community reach out initiatives in coincidence with post-war stabilization period. From women empowerment, environment recovery, demining, public health awareness to job creation projects and enhancing local institutional performance, HUC has been a fighter in advancing the local life. Ahead of this international event, HUC administration and board of trustees in ad-dition to ICCES20 program committee and chairmanship would like to extend their innermost appreciation for the international researchers, key-note speakers, academi-cians and experts who are making this event a successful reality. Due to growing con-cerns about COVID-19, ICCES 20 has been provided fully virtual platform, ZOOM, as a another solution . The workshop aims to disseminate knowledge and findings among re-searchers world-wide. As new horizons appear, demand for collaboration and discussion increases. The workshop will open novel gateways for all scientists and researchers to share and dis-cuss recent trends in the area. The goal of ICCES ’20 is to gather scholars from all over the world to present ad-vances in the relevant fields and to foster an environment conducive to exchanging ideas and information. This conference will also provide an ideal environment to de-velop new collaborations and meet experts on the fundamentals, applications, and products of the mentioned fields.
