Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of financial literacy of participants in the Polibatam capital market school. This study's financial literacy aspects include aspects of personal basic financial knowledge, loans and credit, savings and deposits, insurance, and investment. This research is a descriptive study of the quantitative method. This study’s sample consists of 30 participants of Polibatam capital market school between January to March 2020. This study's results indicated that the financial literacy level of Polibatam capital market school participants between January to March 2020 as a whole is 84.8%. According to Chen and Volpe, if the percentage is interpreted into the financial literacy level criteria, then 84.8% is in the high category (> 80%).
