Abstract

Since the emergence of celadon, there have been thousands of years of history. The glaze of celadon is also diversified by a single, and there is a lot of geographical features of the kiln. The innovation of glaze has an important influence on the development of celadon. The main research of this paper is a rich wood-leaf glaze. At first, this kind of wood-leaf glaze can only be applied to the black jizhou kiln porcelain. The material is generally mulberry leaf directly attached to the surface of the green body after being processed and fired. After the porcelain is formed, the composition of the leaf is golden and has a high ornamental effect[2]. Because of the uncertainty of the blade itself during the firing process, the success rate of firing is very low, and the yield cannot be predicted at all. In this project, a kind of glaze that resembles metal glaze with golden color, simple color and no obvious luster is prepared by researching and analyzing the chemical composition of mulberry leaf. This type of glaze can greatly reduce the problem of high lead content in metal glazes. The wood glazes studied in this topic are fired at high temperatures and can be applied not only to celadon decoration but also to various daily-use ceramics and the decoration[1].
