Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyse the effect of population, consumption and exports on economic growth in Indonesia. This study uses time series data in the period 2005-2017 obtained from the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) and Bank Indonesia (BI). This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews 10. The simultaneous test results show that population, consumption and exports have a significant influence on economic growth in Indonesia. The partial test results show that the population variable has a significant influence on economic growth in Indonesia, the consumption variable also has a significant influence on economic growth in Indonesia and the export variable also has a significant influence on economic growth in Indonesia.
