Abstract

“Water system governance” is a state of advanced development that is advancing with the times in the process of water conservancy development. It is a stage-by-stage development that continues to evolve with the progress of modern society. It is an important part of agricultural modernization, national economic modernization and social modernization, and is a stage of modern water conservancy development. How to determine the overall goal of water system governance in Shandong Province from the perspective of healthy city? How to combine qualitative and quantitative in evaluation? What are the main tasks to achieve water system governance? This is the issue we are currently going to discuss urgently.
