Abstract

The synthesis of mesoporous silica using sodium risinoleate as a template, 3- aminopropyltrimethoxysilane as the structural directing agent and tetraethylortosilicate as a source of silica was carried out. The reaction conditions are carried out by varying the amount of silence before the aging stage. Mesopore silica obtained was characterized using FT-IR, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and porosity analysis.
