Case Management: Impression of the eye socket with a special tray of acrylic and alginate impression material, casting alginate impression with a die stone, making of an ocular wax pattern and a try-in wax pattern, color sclera selection, acrylic processing, making of a try-in sclera acrylic, measurement of the iris and pupil diameter, determination of the location and size of the iris, acrylic sclera perforation, coloring of the sclera, then the anterior part was covered by a wax sheet, transparent acrylic processing, and coloring of the iris. The posterior part of the sclera was attached with self-curing acrylic. The entire prosthesis was polished and ready to be inserted into the patient. Discussion: The custom-made ocular prosthesis fabrication procedure may be longer, but the esthetic and functional results are more satisfying.
