Abstract

Understanding measurement and concepts for an individual application capability of e-business is important to manage and improve their work ability in an e-business environment. This study presents a 17-item tool to measure an individual application capability of e-business with the measurement items, process, and method based on the previous literature. The developed tool construct were verified by factor and reliability analysis with the questionnaire survey. This tool has four measurement factors and seventeen items. The utilization of the developed tool was confirmed by applying it to a case study.
