Abstract

Noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) are responsible for more than 68-75% of deaths. Leading risk factors for premature death include physically inactivity, obesity, hypertension and smoking. Health related physical fitness (Hr-Pf) is the way to prevent these comorbidities, consist of cardiorespiratory endurance, body composition, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility. The principle of maintaining Hr-Pf are maintaining homeostasis state, stabilizing the body system during changes, strengthening body system to bear the allostatic load and achieving the better homeostasis state. This article will discuss about how the body response to the changes of homestasis, allostatic state and allostatic load during life and the role of fluidomechanic adaptation during exercise affects the allostatic state in cellular to tissue level.
