Abstract

As an education institution, the Faculty of Sports and Health of Ganesha University has produced graduates who are skillful in the workforce. Given this, the current demand of society is no longer only about skills but also other factors such as the quality of mental readiness and external profesional supports. The aim of the study is to identify the success of the standard quality program initiative by the Faculty of Sports and Health of the Ganesha University as well as to seek alternative solution to problems arisen during the implementation of the program. The study involved alumni who gave their answers to the questionnaires on the eight items of standard quality of the Faculty of Sports and Health of Ganesha University including, (1) Graduates Competence, (2) Content, (3) Process, (4) Education and Academic Personnels, (5) Facilities and Infrastructure, (6) Management, (7) Education Budgeting, and (8) Education Assesment.
