Abstract

This article analyzes the influence of organizational culture of worker unionsand unionparticipation on union effectiveness by constructing models applied to Cigarette, Tobacco, Food and Beverage (RTMM) industries under the All Indonesian Workers Union Federation (FSPSI) in Gresik Regency, East Java, Indonesia. The findings prove that the higher the union participation and the stronger the organizational culture then union effectiveness increases.
